Development

Our Development division is for emerging talent—models with some experience—who are transitioning to full representation. We invest in training, testing, and building books so talent can grow into the main board.

Development talent work on test shoots, local campaigns, and smaller editorial jobs across Miami and South Florida while we shape their portfolio and positioning. When they’re ready, they graduate to Models (Main) or other divisions.

We work primarily in the Greater Miami and Los Angeles areas. We look for talent with a strong look or personality. Some portfolio or experience preferred. Submit via our application form.
