Requirements
- Eye for distinctive looks and strong personalities
- Prior scouting or agency experience preferred
- Strong network in Miami, LA, or South Florida
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Social Media Management

Build and grow our talent's social presence.
Duties
- Develop and execute social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Create content calendars and manage brand voice
- Grow audience engagement for our talent roster
- Track analytics and optimize performance
Requirements
- Experience managing social accounts for brands or talent
- Strong creative and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of current trends and platform algorithms
- Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools
Financial Director
